We currently ship within India only. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499.
Returns
Return Policy
Perfume cannot be returned once it has been delivered. Only damaged or defective items can be replaced or refunded, as described below.
Refunds
Refunds for damaged or defective items are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kokuperfumes@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
